Living in India sometimes has it’s challenges and finding different ways to get protein into your diet is one of them. Recently I discovered a pork shop at a local market and have been making homemade sausages ever since…YUM!! I also stumbled across a shop that sells water buffalo meat, so that is my next undertaking. Later that day, I was sharing with a friend my excitement about the buffalo and pig meat I had found. Then she shared her stories about wart hog and different things she eats in her country. As we sat there talking about pigs and buffalos (I KNOW we need to find better things to talk about) she mentioned that she would love to see a photo blog of different markets around the world. Luckily, I have all the right friends to help out with that! I hope you enjoy a little trip around the world…market style!
